Software Engineer

Our client are an established technical IT consultancy who deliver customised software solutions for complex business critical systems. With their extensive experience they offer reliability, superior performance and scalability as paramount importance for their entire extensive client base.

Due to unprecedented growth they are looking to recruit a Software Engineer to join a passionate and hardworking team in their Milton Keynes office.

 Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing current systems
• Presenting ideas for system improvements
• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

The successful applicant will likely have at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in IT and software engineering, with a sound knowledge of JavaScript, .Net, C#, and LAMP. You will be good at solving problems, be able to take on new projects from sign-off through to completion and have the ability to work independently.
