An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a vibrant and upbeat Admin team within an established organisation.
My client is looking for an administrator to joint their team to cover maternity.
Duties will include –
Scanning
Filing
Emailing job reports to customers
Booking Hotels
Generating paperwork from SAP
Communicating with Engineers
Shipping parts to customer sites
Printing / Sorting & Mailing
Answering telephone calls
Making travel arrangements
Updating databases
Quoting / processing Orders / invoicing
Other General Administration Duties
Experience & Skills Required –
Time Management
Organisation
Computer Literate
Knowledge of Excel
Good Telephone / Communication skills
The ideal candidate will need to be available for an immediate start. Contract – Maternity 6-12 months could be potential to be longer.
