An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time HR/Reward Analyst to join a well established organisation within Northampton. This is a 6 month contract role.
Reporting to the Reward Manager working on exciting projects within the business to support the delivery of their objectives. You will be responsible for providing compensation data, analysis and reporting on findings, compensation comparisons, developing tracking analysis using Excel, liaising with suppliers and general analytical support as required.
The selected candidate will require strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel, including Macros.
Salary £20,530 - £27,750
Hours - 9-5 3 days a week - flexibility required.
