Customer Service Advisor – Northampton - £7.00 to £7.50
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for customer service advisor's to join one of the UK’s most esteemed leading luxury channel multi retailer in Northampton.Do you have a passion for fashion? A degree in textiles/ fashion? Or do you work in retail love the fashion aspect but want to make the move over to an office environment … if so then please read on! As a customer service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a magical and personal shopping experience for every customer.
The Role
Taking inbound calls
Order processing
Taking payments over the telephone
Giving detailed information on various products
Up selling and cross selling where appropriate
Data Entry
Providing a consultative approach to customers
The Candidate
A degree or interest in fashion/textiles or PR would be an advantage however this is not essential
A keen interest in fashion/textiles
A retail background - not essential
The ability to talk and type
Excellent communication skills
Customer Service experience
Motivated
Ability to liaise with a variety of people at all levels
Computer Literate
A warm/friendly approach
There are several intakes if you wish to be considered you must be available to start on the following dates: 10th October, 31st October, 8th November. Please state your interest on your covering letter.This is a temporary role for 13 weeks, could be longer. There for the selected candidates will need to be available for the duration.Hours - 10.00am - 2.00pm Monday – Friday. 5.00pm - 10.00pm Monday – Friday. You will need to be able to commit to a week’s full time training.
