Returns Department Operative – Northampton
Our Client based in Northampton are currently recruiting for a Returns Department Operative covering a 12 month maternity contract. Main Duties and Responsibilities - To accurately process all Customer Returns which include, Opening of parcels, assessing, repackaging and disposing of products, Using our in-house system to refund or exchange goods as per the customers instructions whilst adhering to the company’s Terms and Conditions, Contacting customers by telephone or e-mail to resolve any issues which may include parcels with no covering letter, items received as gifts (no proof of purchase), Items brought in store. To deal with customer queries which have come via our Contact Centre these cases may include parcels lost in the post, missing items from orders, faulty/damaged received goods. To deal with any ad hoc queries Skills and Experience Required - Good attention to detail required, Must be PC literate, Previous warehouse experience is preferred, Must be numerate with a good understanding of the English language both written and spoken.
