Part-Time Intellectual Property Assistant– Central Milton Keynes - £25,000
Our client are a leader in their field, based in Milton Keynes. Due to unprecedented growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Part-Time Intellectual Property Assistant to take ownership of workloads within trademark infringement in the financial sector. 17.5 hours per week over 3 days (working pattern is flexible/negotiable) The main responsibilities of this role will include administering all complaints of misrepresentation and trademark infringement- dealing with enquiries, general investigation, evidence gathering and taking the appropriate steps to ensure that the trademark infringement and passing off stops.
