Part Time Team Leader – Kettering - £10,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part time Team Leader to work for an established organisation in Kettering. The Outbound Support Team Leader will spend 50% of time dealing with management related tasks, responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of their team, managing people, processes and systems in order to achieve all key performance indicators. As Team Leader you will directly manage a team of Outbound Support Advisors (Pack Chasers) with a focus on managing performance, coaching and development; from a perspective of achieving conversion, productivity, quality and good customer service. As Team Leader you will also spend 50% of your time dealing with high volumes of outbound calls. The main purpose of these calls is to persuade and influence the consumer to return documentation.
