Gift Wrap

Gift Wrap – Northampton - £ Depending on shift
Our Client in Northampton is currently looking for a number of staff to work within their Gift Wrap department.
Shifts available are 0600 – 1400 and 1400 – 2200 Monday to Friday. Some overtime will be available as and when required.
The role includes packing of goods in a decorative fashion and getting ready for delivery to customers who have already purchased goods and paid a premium for this gift wrapping service.. You will be required to work at a bench all shift and have a great eye for detail. You are also required to speak and write English to a good standard.
This role is due to start on 24th October and will go through until January for some of you.

Warehouse/Forklift Staff

Warehouse/Forklift Staff – Northampton - £ Depending on shift
Our Client based in Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton is currently looking to recruit a number of Warehouse staff for the next 4 months.
The company operate shifts of 0600 - 1400, 1400 - 2200 and 2200 - 0600. They are a 24 hour operation so weekend work is also available.
Shifts are not rotating so once you are working your chosen shift that is where you will stay.
Duties will include:

Picking products using RF scanners
Packing products
Pallet wrapping
General housekeeping duties will also be required.

This is a fantastic company to work for and the facilities are one of the best in the area, free tea and coffee is provided, TV room and regular staff benefits.

Pay rates vary depending on shift.
0600 - 1400 £6.08
1400 – 2200 £6.50
2200 – 0600 £7.58

Please note, this is a 5 day out of 7 operation so weekends will be included on a regular basis. You will also be required to work over the week between Christmas and New Year.

Forklift Drivers are also required.

My client is seeking Claims Advisors to join their team:
The Claims Advisor will act as a first point of contact to the consumer answering their queries and determining their eligibility for compensation. The role requires an ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team and to be able to combine operational, analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.
Purpose of Role:
Claims Advisors will deal with large volumes of inbound and outbound calls. The main purpose of these calls is to assess the consumer’s eligibility for compensation and to answer any queries they may have. As most work takes place over the telephone, it is vital that you can convey your knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy over the telephone effectively. Your excellent grasp of the legal issues, friendly personality and professional telephone manner will be an important influence on our clients.
·     To handle inbound and outbound calls and be the first point of contact
·     PPI Claim line Consumers; representing the values of the Company and the PPIC brand.
·     To be a Consumer Champion in providing excellent sales through service.
·     Following guidelines and processes in assessing each Consumer’s potential claim for mis-selling.
·     Effective decision making using appropriate knowledge in screening potential claims.
·     To follow-up initial claim call to answer questions and chase outstanding claim forms.
·     Accurately and efficiently capturing data using the IT systems.
·     To meet required productivity and performance targets.
·     Other tasks as required for efficient running of the contact centre.
·     Actively participate in team meetings and to receive and act on feedback from reviewed calls.
Claims Advisors should be able to demonstrate:
·     Excellent verbal & written communication skills
·     Ability to build rapport with Consumers to be able to positively influence their decision making.
·     Display sales and service skills.

·     Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 9.00 pm
·     Saturday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
·     Sunday 9.30 am - 5.00 pm
